CS ID Country Manager - Full WFH, Hostinger, Indonesia Bulk Terminal, Indonesia (Remote)


Niagahoster is a part of Hostinger. We are a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services for Indonesia and the world.

We are searching for a self-motivated CS Country Manager to help scale the ID CS teams. To be successful in this you need to be highly driven, should be a competent hiring professional, have good negotiation skills, networking abilities, and project management skills.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the hiring project to scale up the team, including:
  • Recruit and ensure effective training for the new CS Specialists.
    • Try effective strategies, find some new angles to ensure the scaling of the ID CS teams.
    • Build professional relationships and networks in the ID market.
    • Devise advertising and promotional plans working together with CS ID People and Marketing Teams.
  • Collaborate with Training, QA teams, CS managers, and Team Leads to ensure all the people we hired are developed
  • Improve the operations/processes in the ID CS department.
  • Ensure the CS ID department is running smoothly and employees are engaged.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Hiring experience and at least 2 years experience in a role as business development manager or similar.
  • Entrepreneurial, international mindset and a Can-do, hands-on mentality with the ambition to achieve the next level.
  • Marketing and negotiation skills - power of persuasion, the intelligence to recognize opportunities and potential.
  • Analytical skills, sound business judgment, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Good people-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a must (min. C1 proficient / IELTS 7.0 / TOEFL 550)
