Employer Branding Specialist - PT Nusa Satu Inti Arta Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia

The Employer Brand Manager will design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, creating and implementing tactics to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization

Job Description

  • Oversees all the company's employment branding strategies.
  • Plans establishes and oversees social media presence related to employees on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, the company's blog, and another possible platform.
  • Setting up and managing an online marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company.
  • Expanding the employee-related program coverage in an online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website, and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media.
  • Set, monitor, and review social media standards and ensure that marketing and recruiting goals are aligned.
  • The Employer Branding Manager writes creative, persuasive copy for various social media platforms related to employee branding initiatives.
  • Planning and overseeing the production of all printed recruiting materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, slides, and ads for employee branding efforts.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communication, and People Communication
  • Are LinkedIn savvy – well known how to set up and run employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and have done this before (or seen it done exceptionally well)
  • Have experience in utilizing social media ads, designing careers page, and getting people to write company reviews
  • Experienced with digital campaigns/social media marketing platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter, with the ability to establish and analyze metrics/analytics
  • Have excellent written English skills, can create your own engaging content and have bountiful ideas for candidate-relevant content
  • Have run a successful email marketing campaign for engaging candidates. Even better if you've planned and implemented a CRM program before.
  • By default, you rely on data-driven insights to make decisions relating to marketing and employer branding
  • Are persistent in achieving results - you're not afraid to follow people up multiple times to get the right result for the candidate/team
  • You ultimately care most about finding the right fit for DOKU and the candidate
  • Thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
  • Communicate well across teams and culture
