Job Description
As our Astronaut, you will do:
- Search for candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms, or employee referrals
- Select and interview job applicants, confirm their qualifications and refer them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate
- Advise management on implementing, organizing, and preparing recruiting programs
- Contact applicants to inform them of their application statuses and conduct background or reference checks on job applicants, particularly those who will be given job offers
- Develop employer branding strategies and activities to attract high potential talents
- Support employee communication and internal events when necessary
Job Requirements
In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting at an executive search firm, recruitment agency, and/or in-house corporate talent team, including the execution of talent searches.
- Experiences in developing, leading, and managing a team of individual contributor recruiters.
- Demonstrated ability to develop recommendations and implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements to an organization's recruitment efforts based on customer needs
- Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations
- Ability to influence and facilitate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully
- Attention to the accuracy of highly detailed information and the ability to solve problems based on due diligence of the information
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
